CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, notification is hereby given
that Mrs Judith Eva Gooderson has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the company with effect
from 26 May 2015.
Judith’s career in the hotel and timeshare industry began in the 1960’s. She has held various management
positions within the group and has served on the boards of various tourism organisations. She is currently the
managing director of Goodtime Developments (Pty) Ltd, an interior decorating and project Management
Company based in Durban. Judith has been instrumental in expanding the timeshare business of the group.
The board of Gooderson welcomes Judith to the board of directors.
