TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a trading
statement as soon as they are reasonably certain that the financial results for the current reporting
period will be more than 20% different than that of the prior comparative period.
In light of the above, BK One expects a loss per share and headline loss per share for the year ended
28 February 2015 of between 0.63 cents and 0.76 cents (2014: loss per share and headline loss per
share of 0.91 cents), which is a decrease of between 20% and 40% over the prior comparative
period.
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company’s auditors and the
Company’s results for the year ended 28 February 2015 are expected to be published later today.
