RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are notified of the resignation of Mr Richard Dunne as
director of the Company and consequently , of relevant sub-committees, with
effect from 31 May 2015.
The Board would like to thank Mr Dunne for his invaluable contribution, over the
nine years as a director, since his appointment on 01 June 2006 .
