CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, Crookes wishes to announce the following change to the Board of Directors:
Chris Chance, a non-executive director of Crookes, resigned from the board on 29 May 2015.
The directors and management of Crookes would like to take the opportunity to thank Chris
for the many years of service on the Board of the Company and for the valuable contribution
he made to the Crookes group during his 22 years with the Company and wish him well for
the future.
