RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Emira participatory interest holders are advised that the Fund’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr James
Templeton, has advised the Board of his resignation from the Fund with effect from 31 August 2015,
in order to pursue personal interests outside of the listed property sector.
The Board acknowledges and thanks Mr Templeton for his dedication and contribution as Chief
Executive Officer since July 2004 and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The process of identifying an appropriate replacement for Mr Templeton is underway and an
announcement in this regard is expected to be made shortly.
