ACQUISITION OF BUSINESS ASSETS OF SAINT PIE: AGREEMENT UNCONDITIONAL
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE
Limited on 11 May 2015 regarding the acquisition by the Company’' wholly owned subsidiary, Rhodes Food
Group Proprietary Limited, of the business assets of Saint Pie Proprietary Limited ("Saint Pie") (the
"Acquisition"), which was subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent ("Acquisition
Announcement").
Further to the Acquisition Announcement, the Company's board of directors is pleased to advise that all
conditions precedent have been fulfilled and the Acquisition has become unconditional. The effective date of
the Acquisition is 1 June 2015.
