Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of Sable has agreed to release René Hochreiter from
his employment contract with the company with effect from 1 June 2015 and accordingly he has resigned
as an executive director of Sable, but will continue to serve as a non-executive director and as a member
of the Social and Ethics Committee.
