UPDATE TO THE DISPOSAL OF PDS GROUP
Shareholders are referred to the ‘Disposal of PDS Group and withdrawal of cautionary announcement’
(and using the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated) released on SENS on 24 April 2015,
wherein they were advised that the Board had entered into a Sale Agreement to dispose of the Sale
Shares to the Purchasers, as one indivisible transaction, for a total sale consideration of R16 million,
which Sale Consideration was payable in tranches by no later than the second anniversary of the
Closing Date.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the entire Sale Consideration in the amount of R16 million has
been settled by the Purchasers and that the Disposal is now unconditional with the effective date being
31 March 2015.
