FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Unitholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS on 25 March 2015 and 16 April
2015 and to the announcement released jointly by Fountainhead and Redefine Properties Limited (“Redefine”)
on 27 March 2015 relating to the potential acquisition by Redefine of the Fountainhead property portfolio (“the
proposed transaction”). Fountainhead is in the process of finalising the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and
Financial Services Board approval processes for the issue of the circular relating to the proposed transaction
and unitholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in their Fountainhead units until a
further announcement on the proposed transaction is made.
