OLD MUTUAL RECEIVES REGULATORY APPROVAL FOR UAP ACQUISITION
Old Mutual plc (“Old Mutual”) today announces that it has received all regulatory approvals for its
acquisition of a further 37.3% of UAP Holdings Limited (“UAP”), an East and Central African financial
services company. Following completion of this acquisition, which is expected within the next two
months, Old Mutual will hold a stake of 60.7% in UAP.
