DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE VOD SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for VODACOM GROUP LTD and that as a
result of the dividend declaration relating to VODACOM GROUP LTD (VOD) the Trustees of the Share
Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 400 cents per VODNNI share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 29 June 2015. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. This results in
a net dividend of 340 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal
places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 19 June 2015. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 22 June 2015. The record date will be Friday, 26 June 2015.
VODACOM GROUP LTD's income tax number is 9316/041/71/5.
