INTEREST RATE STEP UP ANNOUNCEMENT
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Real People
ZAR5,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, investors
are herewith advised of the automatic step-up rate in respect of
the RP026 note, effective 13 June 2015 until 12 December 2015.
As defined in the applicable pricing supplement, an automatic
step-up of 100bps applies at each June and December, until
maturity date (being 13 June 2016), subject to Noteholders
exercising an early redemption option.
Current Margin Margin after Step-Up
RP026 350 bps over JIBAR 450 bps over JIBAR
Further notification of step-up rates will be announced prior to
effective date as per the applicable pricing supplement, subject
to Noteholders exercising an early redemption option.

The Notes will be immobilised in the Central Depository (“CSD”) and
settlement will take place electronically in terms of JSE Rules.
