TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, linked unitholders are advised that Ascension has received
notification from Sanlam Investment Management Proprietary Limited (“Sanlam”) of the acquisition by
Sanlam (on behalf of its clients) of Ascension A-linked units, such that Sanlam now holds 10.05% of
Ascension’s issued A-linked units.
