LAZARD ASSET MANAGEMENT
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”),
regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and section 3.83(b) of
the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Nampak
received notification from Lazard Asset Management that it has acquired a
beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company such that it now holds
10.04% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company.
