FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated
28 April 2015 regarding discussions the company is having
relating to a strategic acquisition (“Proposed Acquisition”),
which acquisition would require the approval of Huge’s
shareholders.
Discussions regarding the Proposed Acquisition are continuing.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in the Company's securities until a
further announcement is made.
