CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, Brikor’s shareholders are
hereby notified of the following change to the board of directors of Brikor.
Dr. Ben Ngubane has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the board with effect from 5
May 2015. He has resigned following his appointment to the Eskom board of directors. The board of Brikor
would like to thank him for his contributions.
