Shareholders are advised of a typographical error in the announcement of the Audited Results for
the year ended 28 February 2015 released on SENS on 21 May 2015, which error referred to the
date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company as being 27 June 2015.
Shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting will in fact take place at 11h00 on
Wednesday, 17 June 2015 in the boardroom at 2969 William Nicol Drive (Wedgewood Link),
Bryanston, Sandton, as per the notice of Annual General Meeting included in the Integrated Report
which was posted to shareholders on 20 May 2015.
