CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of
the following change to the Beige board:
Mr Moses Tembe has notified the board of his resignation as an independent non-
executive director of Beige with effect from 30 June 2015. Mr Tembe’s resignation is as a result
of his other business commitments and tight schedules within his own group of companies. The
Board has accordingly accepted his resignation with regret and expressed its gratitude for his
valuable contribution as a director of the Company.
Mr Alisdair Sinclair has notified the board of his resignation as a non-executive director of Beige
with effect from 30 June 2015 which coincides with his resignation as the Group CEO of The
Lion Match Company (Pty) Ltd, the holding company of Beige. The board thanks Alisdair for his
contribution to Beige over the past year and wishes him well.
