CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited’s Listings
Requirements, the board of Afdawn wishes to advise that Mr Chris
Bull, Chairman of the Afdawn board of directors (“the Board”), has
resigned with immediate effect.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Bull for his valuable contribution to
the Company during his tenure on the Board and wishes him well
going forward.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company’s CEO, Jacques
Groenewald, has been appointed as Acting Executive Chairman with
immediate effect.
