In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, David Fischel has today informed the Company that he has
received notification of changes to his registered interests in the share capital of the
Company, as a result of the allocation of Scrip dividend shares to nominee accounts held in
both his and his wife’s name. The effective payment date for the Scrip dividend was 28 May
2015; however, the notification from the nominee account provider was only received recently.
The Scrip dividend allocations resulted in an additional 19,559 shares being added to
registered nominee accounts held in the names of Mr David Andrew and Mrs Susan Clare
Fischel. Therefore, David Fischel’s aggregated interests now total 991,004 shares,
representing 0.07% of the issued share capital.
