NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, NO 71 OF 2008, AS
AMENDED
In compliance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as
amended (“the Act”) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that the Company has received notification in terms of section
122(1) of the Act that Wise Tech Global Pty Ltd, an Australian registered company, has
acquired 9,884,200 ordinary shares in the Company and as a result of the acquisition
now holds 23,5% of the issued securities in the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed
the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
