CHANGE IN FUNCTIONS OF DIRECTORS
Linked unitholders are advised that, with effect from 19 June 2015, Taffy Adler has stepped down as chairman
of the board of directors of Arrowhead (the “board”), but will remain on the board as an independent non-
executive director. Independent non-executive director Matthew Nell will replace Taffy Adler as chairman of
the board.
