JOINT ANNOUNCEMENT: FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the announcements released on SENS on 14 April 2015 and 15 May 2015 and using the
terms defined therein unless otherwise stated, shareholders are hereby advised that as of close of
business 18 June 2015, 1 acceptance has been received representing 5 Ordinary Shares and less
than 0.00001% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
In light of the number of acceptances received thus far, the last remaining Condition Precedent to the
Mandatory Offer, being the requirement to obtain the approval and consent of the Competition
Authorities if during the Offer Period Windfall were to acquire more than 50% of the issued share
capital of PSV, is not required and the Mandatory Offer is now unconditional and that the salient dates
previously advised remain unchanged. Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on
SENS on 15 May 2015 for the salient dates.
