RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 4 February 2015 and on 7 May 2015,
as well as the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 7 May 2015, wherein the shareholders were
advised of additional funding required by its subsidiary, African Copper PLC (“ACU"). Further to the
aforementioned announcement, shareholders are advised that conditions giving rise to the requirement for
additional funding remain and that ZCI and ACU are currently running processes to secure such additional
short-term and long term funding. ZCI will ensure shareholders are notified appropriately as soon as more
information is made available to the Company.
Shareholders are advised that the above may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities
and are accordingly advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until further
announcement.
