DECLARATION OF CUMULATIVE PREFERENCE DIVIDENDS
Notice is hereby given that the following cumulative preference
dividends have been declared:
6.5% CUMULATIVE PREFERENCE SHARES – DIVIDEND NO.93
A dividend at the rate of 6.5% per annum in respect of the six months
ending 31 July 2015 (equivalent to a gross amount of 6.5 cents per share
per annum) (2014: 6.5 cents per share per annum) payable on Monday 27
July 2015 to preference shareholders recorded as such in the register of
the Company at the close of business on the record date, Friday 24 July
2015. The last day to trade to participate in the dividend is Friday 17
July 2015.
6% CUMULATIVE PREFERENCE SHARES – DIVIDEND NO.93
A dividend at the rate of 6.0% per annum in respect of the six months
ending 31 July 2015 (equivalent to a gross amount of 6.0 cents per share
per annum) (2014: 6.0 cents per share per annum) payable on Monday 27
July 2015 to preference shareholders recorded as such in the register of
the Company at the close of business on the record date, Friday 24 July
2015. The last day to trade to participate in the dividend is Friday 17
July 2015.
The salient dates for the dividends are as follows:

Payment date Monday 27 July 2015
No preference share certificates may be dematerialised or rematerialised
between Monday 20 July 2015 and Friday 24 July 2015, both dates
inclusive.
In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the following
additional information is disclosed:
The dividends have been declared from income reserves;
The dividend withholding tax rate is 15%;
The net local 6.5% cumulative preference share dividend is 5.52500 cents
per share for shareholders liable to pay the new Dividends Tax and
6.50000 cents per share for shareholders exempt from paying the new
Dividends Tax;
The issued number of 6.5% cumulative preference shares at the
declaration date is 100 000;
The net local 6% cumulative preference share dividend is 5.10000 cents
per share for shareholders liable to pay the new Dividends Tax and
6.00000 cents per share for shareholders exempt from paying the new
Dividends Tax;
The issued number of 6% cumulative preference shares at the declaration
date is 400 000; and
Nampak Limited’s tax number is 9875081714.
