No Change Statement, Posting of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General
Meeting
Shareholders are informed that Pallinghurst’s Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2014 (the
“Annual Report”) is now available on the Pallinghurst website www.pallinghurst.com. The Financial Statements
contained within the Annual Report contain no modifications to Pallinghurst’s Audited Annual Results for the
year ended 31 December 2014 which were published on the Securities Exchange News Services of the JSE
Limited on 23 March 2015.
The Financial Statements have been audited by the Company’s auditors, Saffery Champness; their audit
opinion was unqualified, and did not draw attention to any emphases of matter. The audit opinion is available
for inspection at the Company’s registered office.
Notice is also hereby given that the Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at Legis House, 11 New
Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey on Wednesday, 5 August 2015 11.00am.
The Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting are expected to be posted to shareholders on or
around 29 June 2015.
