RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Ms Xoliswa Mpongoshe Makasi has resigned from
her position as company secretary of Telkom with effect from 30 June 2015.
The board of directors of Telkom would like to thank Ms Mpongoshe Makasi for
her service and contribution to the group and wishes her all the best in her
future endeavours.
Ms Nwabisa Piki, Telkom investor relations executive, will be appointed as acting
company secretary until a new appointment is confirmed. A further announcement
regarding the appointment of a new company secretary will be released in due course.
