TRP121 : NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”) and
regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, shareholders are informed
that Sappi received the following notification on 24 June 2015 :
- acquisition of shares by Allan Gray (Pty) Ltd (“Allan Gray”), such that Allan Gray’s total
beneficial interest in the Company as of 24 June 2015 has increased to 15.8417% of
the issued capital of the Company.
