NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF INTEREST
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the South African Companies Act,
No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company
has received a formal notification in the prescribed form that Steinhoff
International Holdings Limited (“Steinhoff”) has acquired an interest in
the ordinary shares of the Company such that the total interest held by
Steinhoff now amounts to 25.04% of the total issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.
Two PSG Group non-executive directors disposed of their PSG Group shares
to Steinhoff in exchange for Steinhoff shares as part of the
aforementioned acquisition.
