("PEREGRINE")
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of
2008 ("the Act") and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Eqstra has
received formal notification on 29 June 2015 that Peregrine has
acquired an interest in the securities of the Company, such that the
total interest in the securities of the Company held by Peregrine has
increased to 5.32% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3(a) of the Act, the Company has
filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
