CHANGE TO THE BOARD
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
that Mitesh Patel has resigned as Chairman of the Board and independent non-
executive director of StratCorp with effect from 29 June 2015. The Board wants to
thank Mitesh for his contribution on the Board of StratCorp for the previous year. A
new Chairman of the Board will be appointed in due course.
