Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2014
were posted or emailed to shareholders on 30 June 2015 and contained no modifications to the audited results
which were published on 18 March 2015. PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the annual financial statements
ended 31 December 2014. The annual financial statements of South Ocean Holdings and their reports are
available for inspection at the registered offices of the company.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
The notice of the Annual General Meeting was posted or emailed to shareholders along with the annual financial
statements, and notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held in the
Conference room, 16 Botha Street, Alrode, at 11h00 on 31 July 2015, in order to transact the business as stated
in the notice of the Annual General Meeting.
