NOTIFICATION OF DISTRIBUTION IN RESPECT OF THE 3 MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2015
Holders of participatory interests in Sycom (“Unitholders”) are referred to the announcement
released by Sycom on SENS on 10 April 2015, wherein Unitholders were advised that Sycom’s
year-end had changed to 30 June and that a distribution had been declared in respect of the six
month period to 31 March 2015.
Unitholders are hereby advised that the board of directors of SPFM has resolved to declare a
distribution to Unitholders in respect of the remainder of the 2015 financial year, that is, in respect of
the period 1 April 2015 to 30 June 2015 (“the Final Distribution”).
The amount of the Final Distribution will be announced during August 2015 and will be calculated in
accordance with Sycom’s Trust Deed and in the same manner as previous distributions.
Further information pertaining to the Final Distribution, including the salient dates and times, will be
released on SENS during August 2015.
