ended 31 December 2014 has been released. The Annual Report can be found on the Company's

In addition, shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company is to be
held on Friday, 7 August 2015 at the offices of Central Rand Gold, CRG Slot 8, 10 Spencer Road,
Robertville, Roodepoort, South Africa at 11.00 a.m. (UK time). Shareholders in the United Kingdom
wishing to participate in the AGM via conference call may do so at the offices of K&L Gates, One New
Change, London, EC4M 9AF.
