In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
Company wishes to make the following announcement:
Mr Grant Mackenzie has resigned as an executive director with effect from 30 June
2015.
Grant remains involved with the BSI Group through his on-going executive role with
BSI Steel Africa Limited and as a director of Qinisa Steel Solutions (Pty) Ltd, in which
BSI has an investment.
The Chairman and the Board wish to thank Grant for his valued contribution to the
Company during his tenure on the board and wish him well going forward.
