CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
that Stefan Coetzee and Sangeeta Kallen have resigned as non-executive directors
of StratCorp with effect from 30 June 2015. Shareholders are further advised that
Thuto Masasa has resigned as non-executive director of StratCorp with effect from 1
July 2015. The Board wants to thank Stefan, Sangeeta and Thuto for their
contributions on the Board of StratCorp for the previous year.
