CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE, shareholders are advised that Mr.C.J. De Wet has
resigned as Group Chief Financial Officer with effect from 24
July 2015.
The Company wishes Mr. De Wet well in his future endeavours and
also thanks him for his valuable contribution during his tenure
with Blue.
The Board will initiate the process of identifying and
appointing a new Group’s Chief Financial Officer and will advise
shareholders in due course.
