Shareholders are advised that Mr Greg Booyens has been appointed as an executive director to the board of
directors of Delta (“the board”) in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 July 2015.
Shareholders are further advised that Ms Bronwyn Corbett will remain on the board of Delta, fulfilling the role
of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer with focus on strategic financial aspects of Delta’s
business.
