CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY APPOINTMENT
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited and with
reference to the announcement of a new Company Secretary made on 11 June 2015, Novus
Holdings hereby advises shareholders that Mr Gernus Swanepoel will not be joining the Group
in the position of Company Secretary that would have taken effect from 1 July 2015. Mr
Swanepoel decided to resign from the role due to a sudden change in personal circumstances.
Former Company Secretary Mr Bradley Meyers, who currently holds the position of Group
Financial Manager at Novus Holdings, will fulfill the role of Company Secretary effective 1 July
2015 until a new appointment is confirmed.
Shareholders will be advised as soon as a new appointment has been made for the position of
Company Secretary.
