RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcements published on the Stock
Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) on 27 May 2015
(“May 2015 SENS”), whereby shareholders were updated on the developments
at Blue.
Further to the April 2015 SENS, shareholders are hereby advised that although
the discussions regarding the recapitalisation programme and the rights issue
has been terminated, the Company is engaged in discussions regarding a
restructure of the Company. These discussions are ongoing and may have a
material effect on the price of the Company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
