FULFILMENT OF CERTAIN CONDITIONS PRECEDENT RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF
REINHARDT TRANSPORT GROUP (“RTG”) BY LABAT (“the Acquisition”)
Shareholders are referred to the Company’s announcement of 12 June 2015
regarding Labat’s intention to acquire a 100% interest in RTG.
Shareholders are advised that all conditions precedent set out in the Subscription
and Buy-Back Agreement relating to the Acquisition have been fulfilled, except for
the following:
* JSE Limited approval;
* Competition Commission approval; and
* Shareholder approval.
Shareholders will be further advised once the above conditions have been fulfilled.
