WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that whilst Visual is in various discussions with a number of
parties regarding projects and funding, the Board has decided that these are still at
an early stage or are in the ordinary course of business and thus do not warrant the
Company remaining under cautionary.
Accordingly, the cautionary announcement is hereby withdrawn.
