APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Tiger Brands is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Yunus Suleman as
independent non-executive director of the Company. Yunus the former Chairman
of KPMG, will also serve as a member of various board committees including the
Audit Committee.
Tiger Brands further announces, the appointment of Noel Doyle , Chief Operating
Officer to the position of Executive Director .
Both appointments are effective from 13 July 2015.
