CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF A MAJOR SUBSIDIARY –
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Mr. G B Kimble has advised the
board of directors of Metrofile (“the Board”) of his intention
to resign as Managing Director of Metrofile (Pty) Limited, a
major subsidiary of the company, with effect from 31 July
2015, to pursue personal interests.
The process of engaging a suitable replacement has commenced
and shareholders will be notified accordingly on completion of
the process.
The Board would like to thank Mr. Kimble for his contribution
to the group and wish him well in his future endeavours.
