RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, ChemSpec wishes to
advise shareholders of the resignation of Mr Iain Bruce Brereton Buchan and Mr Zack
Maxwell Buchan, as Non-Executive Director and Alternate Non-Executive Director
respectively, with effect from 13 July 2015. The Company is currently in business
rescue proceedings and any replacements to the board of directors will only be
considered subject to the outcome of the proceedings.
