RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Lyndon Kan has resigned as chief operating officer of Texton to pursue private business
opportunities. The appointment of a replacement director will be made and announced in due course.
The board wishes to thank Lyndon for his contribution to Texton since September 2014 and wish him well
in his future endeavours.
