Requirements, the Company advises shareholders that it has been notified by Sanlam
Investment Management (Pty) Ltd (acting as agent of its clients) that it has acquired shares in
the Company resulting in Sanlam Investment’s clients’ collective beneficial interest in the
Company increasing to 5.03% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
