CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
that David Harington has resigned as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and executive
director of StratCorp with immediate effect from 13 July 2015. The Board wants to
thank David for his assistance and contribution as CEO of StratCorp since 1
December 2014.
The Company has commenced the process to appoint a new CEO. Shareholders
will be advised of further developments as and when they occur. Anniruth
Kissoonduth, who is a non-executive director of StratCorp, has been appointed by
the Board as an executive director and the interim CEO of StratCorp until such time
that a new CEO has been appointed.
