DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of DivTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter ended
30 June 2015. The distribution of 29.33196 cents per DivTrax Security will be comprised as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 29.33196 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 4.39979 cents
Resultant net dividend 24.93217 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of DivTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
3 July 2015 and will be paid on 21 July 2015.
