CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS: RESIGNATION
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited (“JSE”), the board of directors of
Omnia (“the Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders of the resignation of Ms Khumo Shongwe as independent
non-executive director with immediate effect.
Ms Shongwe has served on the Board since June 2013 and the Board wishes to thank her for her contribution
to the Company.
